Ergocorp was founded by Physiotherapist Carlos Eduardo Pelegrini in the city of Araraquara – SP, at Av. Carlos Batista Magalhães, 393, Vila Xavier Neighborhood (ZIP Code 14810-134). Initially, the company operated as a physiotherapy clinic and ergonomics consultancy in an improvised structure but with the vision of building something that would positively impact people’s lives and add real value to companies.
Ergocorp Consulting established a partnership with SGA Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, led by the visionary founder Devair Cezar Moura. His experience and expertise were fundamental in structuring and guiding Ergocorp’s growth, providing strategic guidance and strengthening the foundations that allowed the company to expand its operations in pursuit of consolidating its position in the market.
With the enhancement of solutions and the consolidation of results, Ergocorp won a national bid by offering the best management solution for an ergonomics project for a multinational company with thousands of employees. In the same year, it opened its branch in Sorocaba.
Ergocorp updated its logo to reflect the brand’s evolution and growth. In the same year, the company received client recognition through the CEO of the Brazilian operation, who praised the company for its excellent work, exceeding expectations related to labor disputes and significantly reducing the company’s financial impacts.
Ergocorp acquired its first owned unit in the city of Sorocaba. With this milestone, it invested in server infrastructure, information security, research and development, expanding its operations to serve dozens of industries in the region.
Ergocorp acquired its second owned unit in Araraquara, consolidating its headquarters’ operations. The company reinforced its investments in technological infrastructure and research, standing out as one of the leading ergonomics companies in Brazil and receiving recognition through industry awards.
Leveraging its accumulated expertise, Ergocorp launched its first proprietary management system for ergonomics. This system was developed to ensure governance and effective ergonomic risk management for its clients.
Ergocorp strengthened its ties with the Brazilian Ergonomics Association (ABERGO) and the International Ergonomics Association (IEA), certifying professionals from its technical team and reinforcing its presence in ergonomics at both national and international levels.
The company officially registered its brand with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property). In that year, Ergocorp was already operating solidly throughout the national territory.
Investments in research and development were intensified, with the establishment of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) with federal and state universities, focusing on innovation and the reliability of the solutions provided by the company.
Ergocorp developed disruptive technology through a methodology created in partnership with federal universities. In this year, a predictive risk management platform for evaluating employee health was launched, allowing the identification of problems before the appearance of symptoms.
New corporate contracts were signed, and with the need for expansion, the project to build Ergocorp’s new corporate headquarters began. The plan includes a sustainable building, aligned with the company’s consolidation as a leader in its segment. The company also declared its goal of obtaining LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, which recognizes buildings designed with strategies focused on sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental impact reduction.
The construction of the Ergocorp Eden Building has begun. In phase 1, the building will have approximately 1,700 square meters of built area, with plans to expand to 2,300 square meters in phase 2. The building will be self-sufficient in water and electricity, using renewable sources to ensure sustainability and efficiency. This new headquarters will offer modern infrastructure to support the company’s growth and host events with clients.
The completion of the construction and inauguration of the Ergocorp Eden Building is planned. This year, the launches of the Ergo360 and +Saúde systems are also scheduled. Both are disruptive technologies developed to address demands related to psychosocial risks, in addition to reinforcing the company’s leadership in the ergonomics and occupational health sector.
Technology investments will be expanded, and the “Menino do Campo” Social Project will be launched. This project will provide a space for underprivileged children to experience nature, as well as promote the distribution of healthy food to schools in the outskirts.
